Any expenses incurred, specific to the operation of a client’s business (example: postage, letterhead, stationery, office supplies specific to the client’s needs, etc.), are billed to the client. Normal daily office supplies and equipment are not billed to the client.

Website Design & Maintenance Rates

We offer web design and maintenance services at a separate, reasonable rate of $125 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. For web design/maintenance clients only (no VA services required), a three hour minimum is required the month in which services are provided.
